ACTIONSA TSHWANE CAUCUS RIGHT OF REPLY IN RESPONSE TO THE RECENT COMMENTS BY DEMOCRATIC ALLIANCE

We have taken note of the recent comments made by the Democratic Alliance in Tshwane regarding our review process of the coalition government in the City of Tshwane.

It is rather disappointing to witness such behavior from a political party that seems to suffer from a self-acclaimed superiority complex.

We would like to remind the Democratic Alliance that although they are second biggest party in Tshwane, they did not secure an overwhelming majority.

Therefore, it is vital for them to understand and respect the views and opinions of other parties represented in Council.

Criticizing ActionSA for our review process is not only childish but also counterproductive to the spirit of coalition governance.

As a political party, we firmly believe in the value of open and transparent discussions and evaluations within the coalitions we are involved in.

It is through constructive dialogue and thorough reviews that we can effectively identify areas for improvement and ensure the best possible governance for the City of Tshwane.

Instead of resorting to name-calling and displaying an inflated sense of superiority, we urge the Democratic Alliance to refrain from feeling entitled to positions of power as if they were born to lead.

This is the responsible and mature approach that the residents of Tshwane expect and deserve.

ActionSA remains committed to working towards a better future for all residents of the City of Tshwane.

We will continue to prioritize the needs and interests of the people, and we encourage all parties involved to do the same.

Let us put the petty politics aside and focus on serving the community with dedication, humility, and respect.
