The 2025 edition of the Rand Show promises to be one of the biggest events the company has ever had in the last couple of years.
This is according to the Rand Show CEO Adele Hartdegen.
Little Desmond koolen (8) years entertain the guests at the launch with his magnificent and beautiful voice by singing good music.
Hartdegen said the 2025 Rand Show edition is unique in that it is packed with fun-filled family activities and this year the company has “gone above and beyond to ensure that visitors get maximum value for their ticket price.”
She said people can expect to enjoy a massive big bounce area the size of a rugby field where kids can enjoy themselves and there will also be a kids area which is going to feature Ocean Wonders, which is basically a digital version of an aquarium that features a big beach area that is custom-built for the little ones.
“The show will still have its traditional staples like the theme park, static display from the SANDF and loads and loads of shopping as well as a music festival.
“Expect everything that you would traditionally see at the Rand Show as well as some next level entertainment all included in the ticket price,” enthused Hartdegen.

She said tickets are available on Ticket Pro online and one can log on to www.randshow.co.za and that tickets range from R90 for kids and pensioners and R120 for adults.
She urged visitors to the Rand Show to rather buy their tickets online so as to benefit from the family package online specials valued at R340 for a family of four, as well as theme park ticket bundles whereby one can purchase 20 tickets at R300 or 40 tickets at R500 to enjoy the theme park experience at a lower cost than it has ever been.
“We are expecting over 80 000 visitors to the show over the course of the five days it will be running, and with the incorporation of new concepts like Mama Magic we are expecting more visitors in terms of families,” she said.
Rand Show Marketing Coordinator Zama Masikane told Tshwane Talks that the company has tried to offer as much activation and entertainment as it possibly can to cater for as many people as it can and that this year a baby expo called Mama Magic, which will be located at hall 7, will be featured in the show.
She said small businesses and SMME market will also be located at hall 7.
Masakeni said a shopping mall featuring premium brands will be located at hall 6.
“A new activation called Ocean Wonders will be located at hall 8 and it features underwater visual experience in a blacked out area, as well as beach activations like sand pit, sand sculptures and treasure hunt.
“If you can’t get to the beach this Easter period, we are bringing the beach to you,” enthused Masikane.
Organiser of Mama Magic baby expo Projeni Pather told Tshwane Talks that she started the Mama Magic show 20 years ago after seeing that there is a need for parents to have enough information and resources in their parenting journey.
She said there is a synergy between the Rand Show and Mama Magic as both brands believe in family values.
“As Mama Magic we bring a different level of information from the time a woman is pregnant or planning to be pregnant,” she said.
