During his press conference on 6 July 2025, Lt General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi said that it is not only criminals who have infiltrated the criminal justice system but there are also politicians and Members of Parliament who are interfering in operations of the South African Police Services, and involved in destabilising the South African Police Services (SAPS).

The WhattsApp communication between Mr Julius Malema and Mr Mo Sayed during the evidence that was presented by evidence leader Adv Matthew Chaskalson before the Madlanga Commission, is not only disturbing but it is shocking.

It is alleged that that Mr Julius Malema, Member of Parliament is in an unholy relationship with General Feroz Khan, senior crime Intelligence officer, Mr Mo Sayed and other questionable characters who are involved in the cigarettes business.

There are serious allegations that suggest that Mr Malema, General Khan and Mr Sayed are involved in illegal activities.

These allegations are damaging for Mr Malema’s reputation and for his political party the EFF.

Some time ago, we said that the evidence of General Feroz Khan will expose and implicate senior politicians.

Mr Julius Malema is not the only politician who is having these unholy relationships with rogue and unethical police officers.

Activists and Citizens Forum believe that the only way for Mr Malema to clear his name is to appear before the Madlanga Commission and present his side of the story. If he does not, the public will believe what was presented before the Commission.
