The top secret classification of the report on Phala Phala theft on President Cyril Ramaphosa’s farm must be part of the Madlanga Commission and the Parliamentary Ad-Hoc committee investigation.

The country is waiting to hear the truth.

Activists and Citizens Forum believes that the decision to classify the Phala Phala report is part of the interference by politicians to corrupt the system and conceal the truth.

Suspended Police Minister Senzo Mchunu was hellbent in doing everything in his power to keep a criminal report away from the public.

His actions are clearly suspicious, and smell of abuse of power.

All other reports on Phala Phala were made public.

What is so secret on this one that the Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) that it must be classified as top secret ?

The Constitution of the country says that all are equal before the law.

Even the president of the country is not above the law.

Former President Jacob Zuma was thrown into jail because of contempt of court.

President Cyril Ramaphosa can’t be treated differently.
