Lyttelton Detectives have arrested a female advocate on Monday, 1 December 2025, in connection with several charges of theft and fraud.
The accused, Amoidahh Manamela, is alleged to have forged multiple documents and misled clients for personal financial gain.
Ms Manamela had been evading arrest for an extended period.
Through thorough and coordinated investigative work, detectives successfully traced and apprehended her to ensure she is held accountable for the charges she faces.
The accused appeared before the Pretoria Central Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
The matter has been remanded to Monday, 2025-12-08 to allow for a formal bail application and further investigation.
