We condemn with strongest terms violence in all its forms and advocate for peaceful and constructive dialogue to address any differences.
We recognise the complexities and challenges faced by law enforcement.
We acknowledge the difficulties that can lead to conflicts between law enforcement and communities and again calling for peaceful constructive dialogue to promote understanding.
It’s essential to recognise the value of open communication, empathy and mutual respect in resolving tensions and work towards positive change.
The community can benefit from collaborative efforts with the Police and build trust.
The safety of Law enforcement officers is crucial and any kind of assault on them is unacceptable.
The attack on the Police is an attack on the state and that shouldn’t be accepted.
The affected Police officer must receive support and care during this time.
The two individuals male involved must face serious charges of resisting arrest and Assault.
