It is with profound sadness that the Board of Directors of MelodiForum Afrika-Borwa announce the passing of our esteemed President, Oda Kgomotso Masemola, on 4 April 2026.
Mr. Masemola was a selfless, dedicated, and unwavering champion of community upliftment, whose work touched lives across all nine provinces of South Africa.
As Founder and President of MelodiForum Afrika-Borwa, he led with vision,integrity, and a deep commitment to empowering black communities, fostering unity, and driving meaningful social change.
Under his leadership, the organisation grew into a respected national platform, advocating for development, inclusivity, and community-driven progress in service delivery in all spheres of government.
His passion for service and his tireless eforts to improve the lives of others will remain a cornerstone of the organisation’s mission.
Mr. Masemola was not only a leader but a mentor, a unifier, and a pillar of strength to all who had the privilege of working alongside him.
His legacy is one of resilience,compassion, and purpose—a legacy that will continue to guide MelodiForum Afrika-Borwa in the years to come.
The Board and members extend their deepest condolences to his wife, family, friends, and allthose afected by this immense loss.
We stand in solidarity with them during this dificult time.
