Dynamic Life Changers Foundation Secretary
Dynamic Life Changers is a Foundation and Movement dedicated to help those in need.
The Foundation was founded in 2017 by Mr. Bashan Jacobs and have been active in the communities of Eersterust,Villieria, Mamelodi, Shoshanguve and Nelmapius in Pretoria, since its inception.
Mr. Bashan Jacobs is also the current chairperson.
The organization is part of a ecosystem designed by Mr. Bashan Jacobs.
The sustainable ecosystem addresses socio-economic challenges and aims unite local Businesses, NPO’s, NPC’s and ECD’s in the community to solve real issues through collaboration and reciprocation.
The Foundation is a registered Public Benefit Organization (PBO No. 930085488), authorized to issue Section 18A certificates for donations received. This means that businesses and organizations who support us can claim a tax deduction from SARS for their contributions.
Dynamic Life Changers Foundation is currently running various successful projects and will continue to do so in the future.
They provide regular feedback and communicate with our DLCF communities via our website, social media and our WhatsApp groups of more than 500 members.
Their Dynamic Team, Mr. Bashan Jacobs (Founder and Chairperson), Ms. Iolanty Meintjies (Secretary), and Volunteer Team have worked tirelessly to assist communities with various requests.
Annual Matric Ball
On 30 November 2024, Dynamic Life Changers Foundation hosted a combined Matric Ball for the two High Schools in Eersterust, Pretoria, Gauteng.
The reason for the combined Matric Ball stems from the experience of the organization’s founder.
He started work in 1998 and realized throughout his career that he could not find fellow matriculants who needed work.
Most of the matriculants he knew already found jobs but he did not know those of Prosperitas High School.
Years later, the combined Matric Ball for Eersterust High schools were launched.
The event is aimed uplift the community and the moral of every Matric Student, give them a chance to celebrate the end of 12 years of school and welcome them into a world of endless possibilities.
The foundation used their Matric Ball Drive to dress and arrange cars for some of the Matric Students on 2024.
“Some might express that a Matric Ball is a privilege but the Foundation’s view is that every Matric Student deserves the right to experience a night of glamor.
The Annual Matric Ball and Annual Matric Ball Drive are vehicles make this happen and aims to give hope, restore dignity and show our kids that everything is possible, when we stand united” – Bashan Jacobs.

This year’s Annual Matric Ball 2025 is scheduled for 29 November 2025 and parents are on board for this year’s function.

Annual Matric Ball Drive
The Foundation’s Matric Ball Drive is designed to realize the dreams of every Matric Student in South Africa and make their day memorable.
From September 2024 to January 2025, Dynamic Life Changers Foundation made dreams come true for 9 Matriculants from Eersterust, Mamelodi, Nelmapius and Maitland in Cape Town.
The organization has more than 350 dresses and suits to assist families in need.
The items covered are dresses, suits, shoes, hair, makeup, cars, home decor prior to the Matic Ball.
This is all made possible through partnerships formed between the organization, local businesses and individuals.
Calls for assistance from parents as far as Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) are now coming in we will do our best to assist.
The year kicked off with their first Matric Ball Drive on 09 May 2025.
They partnered with #JoukindIsMyKind in Cape Town to assist a young lady in Paarl, Cape Town.
This was the first of 6 Matric Ball Drives scheduled for 2025 in Cape Town.
