The South African National Taxi Council (SANTACO) Greater Tshwane Region has successfully elected a new executive leadership following a democratic elective process held in Durban on October 22nd 2025.
The newly elected executive is as follows:
1.Mr. Eric Sipho Raspae – Chairperson
2.Mr. Letebele David Tlailane – Deputy Chairperson
3.Ms. Elsie Moloisane – Secretary
4.Ms. Serafina Makgai – Deputy Secretary
5.Mr. John Mohale – Treasurer
6.Mr. Ernest Bokaba – Public Relations Officer
7.Ms. Nomsa Skhosana – Training Officer
The new leadership has expressed its commitment to strengthening unity within the taxi industry and driving the diversification of business opportunities across the Greater Tshwane Region.
This leadership transition marks an important step towards fostering collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth within the industry.
The elections gala was graced by esteemed industry elders, including SANTACO President Abnar Tsebe and Taxi choice Board Chairperson Joe Sibanyoni, whose presence underscored the importance of leadership renewal and continuity within the sector.
