Mamelodi-based traditional healer Solly “Baba Mahlasela” Mathebula says the bones that he uses to diagnose issues have told him that gangster wars will continue in Mamelodi in 2025.
This as the said gangsters will continue fighting for territorial control, money, deals and the position of being boss of the gangsters.
“Residents of Mamelodi should expect to see bullets flying all over the place and gangsters being killed this year,” he said.
He revealed that Mamelodi will be divided into several factions because of these gangster wars and that women will also be killed in the process.
According to Mathebula, no arrests will be made regarding these murder incidents because police will have no leads.
He said spaza shops will be shut down due to lack of proper documents by their owners and that more children and elderly residents will die as a result of food poisoning.
“Incidents of GBV will increase and many people, especially men will commit suicide,” he warned.
“Drugs will continue destroying many lives, especially the youth and if they don’t die then they will go crazy as a result of abusing drugs,” he said.
He said Ribane Laka and Stanza Bopape Secondary schools will produce good Matric results and that the 2024 top Matric student in Mamelodi will be a girl who will pass all her subjects with distinctions, followed by a boy who will also do extremely well.
Mathebula predicted that there won’t be any taxi violence but that the only problematic issue will be an increase in taxi fares due to increased diesel and petrol prices.
He warned residents living in shacks in the Eerstefabrieke area on the banks of Moretele River to move to a safer place with immediate effect because the place is not safe for human habitation and that “the owner of the river wants it open as it is a free spirit place which must allow prophets to perform their rituals freely.”
He said the community of Mamelodi needs to wake up because “foreigners and drug addicts are rapidly taking over the old Mamelodi hostel blocks.”
He revealed that there will be an improvement of 10% regarding employment which will be created by the government.
He said one of Mamelodi’s music artists will be selected for an award but warned that a famous Kwaito star who is in his 40s will die.
“We should expect more deaths from celebrities because of depression and the rituals they get involved in as they pursue success,” said Mathebula.
He said one of the well-known political leaders will be hospitalis due to an illness.
“In Parliament there will be a shakeup and the GNU will be surprised to see a new party working closely with the ANC,” he predicted.
In sports Mathebula predicted the following:
“A A16-year-old will play in the professional Betway Soccer League and many South African soccer players will be joining top teams on the African continent as well as in Europe and Patrice Motsepe will retain his position as President of Confederation of African Football (CAF),” he said.
He predicted that Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pitates will go head to head for the domestic League title and that both will do well by reaching the knockout stages of the CAF Champions League.
According to Mathebula, Chiefs will struggle to find a place in the Top 8 bracket of the Betway League.
Mathebula has been practicing as a traditional healer for over 20 years and made news headlines when he successfully trained a young white boy into a sangoma and also predicted that Covid-19 would claim many lives in South Africa in 2021.
But he assured South Africans that the HMPV diseases that is currently wracking having in China is nothing to worry about.
But Mathebula also indicated that there are good things that would be coming to the residents of Mamelodi because the year 2025 is a year of wealth, revelation, truth and that more twin babies will be born.
