African Unite Borders Bus Trucks Association (AUBBTA) is calling on the state security cluster and the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) to investigate founders/leaders of political parties so as to ascertain whether they have criminal records or not and if it is found that they are involved in criminal activities they must be disqualified.

We are also calling for a lifestyle audit of Members of Parliament, Ward Councillors, company executives, CEOs, CFOs, City Managers and Mayors as a matter of urgency.

It is time government employees chose between serving the nation/citizens or their business interests and we demand that government employees that are found to be involved in business activities like tenders must be expelled immediately and have their properties frozen for the sake of accountability.

We are of the opinion that many of the aforementioned government employees/leaders are part and parcel of criminal syndicates which have turned South Africa into a Mafia state.

The fact that our borders are porous is in itself a ticking time bomb because this means South Africa can be attacked by terrorist groups any time.

The time for politicians and political parties to continue lying to voters is over and now is the time for people/citizens to govern.

Failure by the relevant authorities to adhere to our demands as stated above will result in a national shutdown.

We are calling on the youth, civic organisations, church leaders, traditional leaders to protect our country from the siege of criminal syndicates and terrorists that are apparently mushrooming in our country on a daily basis.

We recommend the reinstatement of the erstwhile Scorpions investigative unit to save our country from criminals.
