The African National Congress (ANC) in the Greater Tshwane Region invites all members, supporters, alliance partners, and residents of the capital to the Greater Tshwane Regional Manifesto Launch, taking
place tomorrow at the Nelson Mandela Stadium in Hammanskraal from 09:00.
This historic gathering will be addressed by ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa, whose presence highlights the national leadership’s commitment to restoring accountable, effective local government across the Tshwane municipality.
Tomorrow’s launch represents a decisive moment for our movement in the capital.
The ANC Greater Tshwane Region will use this platform to crystallise the political mandate required to lead the region, galvanising our structures and communities behind a unified vision for transformative governance.
During the event, the leadership will directly account to the people by reporting on the core strategic priorities set out in the regional manifesto.
This includes restoring reliable basic service delivery, building a capable and ethical local state, driving local economic renewal, advancing inclusive spatial
transformation, and strengthening community safety across all wards.
The manifesto launch will serve as the launchpad for a relentless, grassroots-driven campaign across every zone, township, suburb, and informal settlement in Tshwane.
It sets out a firm five-year directive
aimed at reclaiming municipal governance, championing the interests of working-class communities, and building an inclusive capital city that works for all its people.
The ANC Greater Tshwane Region calls on all residents to paint Hammanskraal black, green, and gold tomorrow as we step forward together to shape the future of our municipality.
