Hardly 48 hours after the DA in Tshwane filed charges of racism against EFF Tshwane leader Obakeng Ramabodu, the vocal EFF leader has told Tshwane Talks that he would also be filing counter charges of racism against an FF Plus Councilor.
Ramabodu said on Wednesday at 10 am he will be at the Brooklyn Police station to lay charges of racism against the said Councilor who has for many years now been using abusive, foul and racist language towards members of the EFF and other black Councilors in the City of Tshwane Council chambers.
According to Ramabodu, the foul language used by the FF Plus Councilor includes the K… word and threats of violence.
He said the FF Plus Councilor is utterly racist and would use words like ” Kom hierso ek wil jou moer, ek wil ‘n K… moer” against EFF members in the Council chambers.
Ramabodu explained that his utterances in the Council chambers last week, wherein he was quoted as calling for the blood of an Afrikaaner and expressing a wish to “moer a boer” were taken out of context.
He told Tshwane Talks that he was in actual fact reacting to racist provocation by the self-same FF Plus Councilor and other DA Councilors in the chambers.
“I never called for a racial war or for the killing of Afrikaaners, I have Afrikaaner friends, I was reacting to provocation by this particular racist FF Plus Councilor in the chambers,” he said.
Ramabodu said a look at the twitter of the said racist Councilor clearly reveals his racism as therein he refers to all black people as corrupt drunkards.
