An organisation known as Patriots of South Africa has called for the immediate removal of President Cyril Ramaphosa as the country’s President in a memorandum dated 20 December 2024.

The preamble of the memorandum reads as follows:

“Unlike traitors and sellouts of the nation, we are the real patriots of South Africa and in addition to that we are South African voters in this country, but what is puzzling is that we live and are treated like foreigners in our mother land, and we are being sold like chicken livers or hot wings to foreign nations like England, China, Pakistan, Somalia and Ethiopia,”.

The memorandum, which Tshwane Talks has seen, then goes on to say the following:

1. We want the removal of President Cyril Ramaphosa as State President together with the useless GNU.

2. We want the removal of the so-called Mayor of Joburg Metro Council Dada Morero.

3. We don’t want inspection of foreign tuck shops but we instead want them to be shut down as such businesses originally belong to South African citizens.

4. We want everything, starting with land and mineral resources to be taken out of the wrong hands of white monopoly capital.

The apparently boisterous memorandum appeals to the ANC to help in removing Ramaphosa from his position as he reportedly wants to bring more Nigerians to the country whereas the country is already overpopulated as a result of foreigners.

Besides having a gripe over the deaths of children as a result of food poisoning and Ramaphosa apparently doing nothing about the matter, the memorandum also alludes to widely held suspicions that Nigerian foreigners are taking over truck-driving jobs in South Africa.

The memorandum states that the said Nigerians get local black South African drivers to be fired from their jobs and then encourage employers to replace them with their fellow Nigerian drivers.

In conclusion, the memorandum states the following:

“We don’t want to go back to the 1976 riots, we don’t want to go for civil war, but we won’t mind going for it if we continue to be ignored or pushed away as is the norm by the ANC government.”.
