A report of a missing person was logged at the Pretoria Central SAPS yesterday by a family representative of the missing family member aged 34 years by the name of Keith Ngobeni who was last seen on Thursday between 03:00 am and about 04:00 on the 23rd of July 2026.
According to the report handed to the police the gentleman was admitted at Tshwane District Hospital, the nurse stated that he was given his medication then later went to bed, and along the above-given time frame he asked to go to the toilet he did come back at the ward but a few minutes after while the nurse in charge was doing her routine check up he was not in his bed.
The security was quickly alerted, a search was conducted with no success and necessary steps were taken to inform all the necessary stakeholders. On the CCTV footage, he is seen wearing his clothes and leaving.
In the picture given, he is seen wearing a black hoodie, green jacket, and black trousers with black shoes caring a black plastic bag and leaving the hospital. According to the given feature description he is about 1.7 m tall and weighs around 50 kg.
The community should always note that there is no waiting period to report a missing person in South Africa. You must report the disappearance at your nearest police station immediately, complete a SAPS 55(A) form, and provide a recent photograph and description.
