We are deeply saddened by the passing of our comrade and leader Hon. Lindiwe Mkhwanazi who has been a member of the Gauteng Legislature from June 2024 deployed by UMkhonto Wesizwe Party.
She passed away yesterday in the afternoon after a short illness.
Hon. Mkhwanazi served with dedication, integrity, and unwavering commitment, leaving behind a legacy of service that has made a meaningful impact on the organization, legislature and the communities she represented.
Her contribution will be remembered with deep respect and appreciation.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, colleagues, and all those who had the privilege of working alongside her.
We will keep the public and comrades of the MK Party informed on the details regarding funeral arrangements.
Our thoughts and prayers are with her family as they navigate this great loss.
May her soul rest in eternal peace.
