POLICE ARE ON A LOOKOUT FOR SUSPECTS FOLLOWING AN ATTEMPTED CASH-IN-TRANSIT ROBBERY IN SOSHANGUVE

Police are on a lookout for approximately fifteen (15) armed suspects who attempted to take cash from a cash van in Soshanguve on Thursday, 13 November 2025.

It is reported that the suspects rammed a cash van with a Mercedes Benz and fired several shots towards the van, forcing it to stop.

The suspects then bombed the cash van but couldn’t access the money, instead they disarmed the security officers.

The suspects fled the scene in various getaway vehicles.

No injuries were reported.
